Refund policy
SECTION 1 - Cancel Policy
All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
1.1. Cancellation before payment
1.1.1. Log into My Account and click on My Orders.
1.1.2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
1.1.3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
1.2. Cancellation after payment
Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on the different product categories.
1.2.1. Orders canceled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.
1.2.2. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
SECTION 2 - Return Policy
If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to support@ttaesthetic.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return a DOA (dead on arrival) item.
If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 14 Days Product Guarantee.
If the item has a high value, we may ask you to return it. Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. All the return shipping fees will be covered by buyers.
60 days conditional return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition.
2.1 How to Return
2.1.1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a returnexchange request to support@ttaesthetic.com including the following details
- Your order number;
- SKU number or name of the product and the quantity;
- Evidence picturevideo showing the problemdefect.
After 60 days from delivered
We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 60 days from delivery.

2.1.2. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items
1. You are eligible for a partialfull refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain Proof of Damage documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
2.1.3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
2.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
2.3 Return Notice
Deviation within 2cm is in normal range. And color may vary by monitor.
Sizes are correct but unfit
Please understand that the items which matches the information of your order but does not fit your body perfectly cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a size which doesn't match the size chart of the item, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders
1. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. All the intermediary handling fees and bank processing fees will be at the customer's expense;
4. You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request;
5. If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
6. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
7. Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request)
8. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

2. the product ID or name and the quantity;
3. a short description of the problem occurred with this product;
SECTION 3 - Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.
If you would like us to refund the amount to your PayPal account, that will take 2-7 business days.
If you would like us to refund the amount to your creditdebit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 10-30 business days.
Note Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).

SECTION 4 - Exchange
All of our products can be exchanged until they are shipped. You can contact our customer service to exchange your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment once your order has been shipped.
If the item you received is correct at our website described and they do not have any quality problems, we would not provide the return service.
