1 - Does tvdmerch ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Wherever you are, we'll deliver our fabulous items right to your doorstep!
2 - How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer FREE Shipping for all orders with no minimum order value.
All orders come with a tracking number which you can easily track on our order tracking page. Please allow 3-8 days for the tracking number to be available.
3 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing Time: 2-7 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 8-20 business days
PS. For orders outside of the US, Canada and Europe, shipping usually take a bit longer due to transport and customs issues. SHIPPING TIME: 20-40 business days
For orders to Brazil, please kindly provide us your CPF number, which is requested to ship out your pacakge.
4 -Will I have to pay taxes?
We are pleased to announce that we will cover all customs taxes for your orders. You no longer need to worry about customs duties, as we have taken care of these fees for you. Whether you're shopping locally or internationally, you can trust that your purchases with us will be free from any unexpected customs charges.
5 -How can I track my order?
A shipment notification email will be sent to you after your order is fulfilled. You may track your order through the link below with the tracking number provided in the email:

6 -What if I entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@tvdmerch.com within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
7 -Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
1). Items are in various global warehouses.
2). Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
3). Weight or size limit of customs or courier.
You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.
8 -Shipping Address Notice
The P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
9 -Re-Shipping Fee
In the event that your parcel does not reach you and is returned to us for reasons that are not the responsibility of our store (e.g. customer submitted the wrong shipping address, multiple failed delivery attempts despite us informing you to contact your local dispatch), customers will be charged a re-shipment fee depending on the item(s) to be re-shipped. This generally ranges from USD$5 to USD$30 depending on the weight of the item(s).
If you do not wish to re-ship the parcel, no refund will be given, as our store has already paid for the products and absorbed the initial shipping cost. In exceptional situations, we may allow for a partial refund.
